Seoul Tonic Return Policy
Overview
All returns and exchanges require an authorisation number from Seoul Tonic, without this your return will not be accepted. All change of mind return requests must be sent through within 7 days of receipt of order, damaged or faulty products requests must be sent through within 14 days of receipt of order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund or exchange for a change of mind purchase, your items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unused.
Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, if the product has been opened, used or the seal broken, we cannot accept the return for refund.
If your purchased product is faulty or damaged, we will refund or replace the product in line with Australian consumer laws.
Return Fees & Shipping
Refunds for change of mind returns will attract a $10.00 restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all change of mind returns.
For damaged or faulty products, no restocking fee will apply, and a return label will be provided by Seoul Tonic.
Once an order has been processed it is the customer's responsibility to organise a return, we cannot cancel orders once they have been processed. We recommend that you purchase tracking or insurance for your return as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email if it has been accepted. If you have been approved for a refund, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 4-6 business days.
Please only contact us if your refund has not appeared in your account after 7 business days of your return approval.
Special Considerations
- Products purchased through authorised retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase
- Limited edition or promotional items may have different return policies, as specified at time of purchase
- Subscription orders can be paused or cancelled at any time through your account, but must be actioned at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery
How to Request a Return
To lodge a return request please email hello@seoultonic.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
- Photos (if claiming damage or fault)
Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and your authorisation number if the return is approved.
