Q1. What’s the most unhinged wellness thing you’ve done?
I wouldn’t technically call it unhinged but I definitely channel semi–crazy cat lady energy… just, for water. I filter my already-filtered water (yes, double-filtered) through a MEA Water device, which not only vortexes it back to its ‘natural state’ but also negatively charges it to mimic the structured water we find in nature.

Think mountain spring meets quantum spaIt’s been through reverse osmosis, re-mineralised with calcium and magnesium, and finally, energetically primed to act as life force from the moment it hits my cells.

Does it taste different? Spiritually, yes. Physically? Also yes, it’s silky and undeniably delicious.
Q2. What made you do this?

Podcasts made me do it. Hours of solo driving each week had to result in more than just an encyclopedic knowledge of 2000s pop lyrics. Somewhere between the biohackers, quantum hydration evangelists and “your cells are listening” wellness whisperers. I was sold.

If I was going to be behind the wheel, I figured I may as well steer my water into another dimension too.

Q3. What did it teach you (if anything)?

It taught me that we’re basically big walking batteries. Beautifully complex, emotionally unpredictable, and totally dependent on charge.   Turns out, we rely on a negative charge to function at our best. (Which feels like the only time being negative is actually a good thing.)
So now I structure my water, soak up electrons, and try to stay plugged in because who doesn’t want to be charging through life? I know I do. Preferably with good lighting and a ‘charged’ mineral mist.
